An innovative hiring strategy for their recruitment event


To remedy the shortage of personnel in the health sector and to distinguish itself from traditional recruitment methods, the Integrated Health and Social Services Center of Montérégie-Centre (CISSSMC) entrusted Agence FDM with the mission of conceptualizing A to Z a temporary recruitment store.

This unique and avant-garde initiative was born in an unoccupied space in Quartier DIX30. Candidates were invited for an interview in their field of expertise, thus benefiting from an accelerated and simplified hiring process. It was the ideal opportunity to “shop” for their future job among an inventory of around a hundred positions!


Agence FDM supervised the interior design in parallel with the management of the promotional campaign, both digital and printed. Dynamic, modern, friendly and inviting, the interior design contrasted with the classic look of recruitment fairs in the health and social services field.


  • 196 interviews carried out, out of an initial objective of 160

  • 77% of the candidates met were selected to continue their recruitment process

  • 10,000 visits were recorded in less than a week on the microsite

A positive media response and a renewed initiative

The event attracted the interest of several media, with articles and reports broadcast by La Presse and Radio-Canada, among others. The extraordinary success of this intensive initiative encouraged the CISSSMC to repeat the experience the following year, always in close collaboration with the FDM Agency team.
