17 days of vacation
That's to start with. Others will be added over time, as you make your way through the agency.
Reimbursement of mobile phone costs
We give you $100 per month to reimburse your cell phone costs. Whether your plan costs $45, $60 or $99.99 per month, you will always receive a monthly payment of $100.

Shortened week
We finish at 1 p.m. on Fridays. All year. A little extra that really makes a big difference.
Flexible hours
We let you manage your schedule the way you want. You can start a little earlier one day and later another. You decide!
Remote work
You can work from home or in the office, as you wish, except for operational needs, say if a client wants to meet us in person at the agency.
5 personal days per year
These days are your days. If you don't feel like it, if something unexpected happens or if you simply want to take a day off, go! You just have to let us know and that's it!
